30-day return window
Contact [email protected] within 30 days of delivery with your order number and reason before returning an item. Obtain authorization and the return address first.
Ordinary returns
For a change-of-mind return, items must be unworn, unused, unwashed and in their original condition, with original packaging and any original tags. Please pack the item carefully for its return.
Damaged, defective or incorrect items
If an item arrives damaged, is defective or differs from your order, contact us with the order number and a description of the issue; photographs can help us assess it. We will arrange the appropriate return and resolution with you. Ordinary change-of-mind condition requirements do not prevent you from reporting an item that arrived damaged, defective or incorrect.
Return shipping and fees
Calybrelab covers return shipping where the return results from our error or a damaged or defective item. For a change of mind, the customer pays return shipping. There is no restocking fee.
Return address
Authorized returns are sent to Calybrelab, 1 Rue De L’Etang, 39100 Sampans, France. The return destination is in France, including for U.S. customers. Contact us for authorization before sending a parcel.
Refund processing
After the returned item is received and reviewed, we will determine approval. Once approved, the refund will be returned automatically to the original payment account within 10 calendar days. Contact us if you need help locating an approved refund.
