Where do you ship?
Free standard shipping on all orders to the 50 United States and Washington, D.C. We do not ship to U.S. territories, APO/FPO/DPO addresses or P.O. boxes.
How long will delivery take?
Handling: 1–2 business days. Transit after dispatch: 3–4 business days. Estimated total: 4–6 business days, calculated as handling plus transit; this is an estimate, not a delivery guarantee. Order cutoff: 07:00PM (GMT−06:00) Central Standard Time (Chicago), fixed year-round without daylight saving adjustments. Business days are Monday–Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays. Orders placed before the cutoff enter the handling cycle that business day. Orders placed at or after the cutoff, on weekends or on holidays enter the cycle on the next business day.
How much is shipping?
All orders to supported U.S. addresses receive free standard shipping. There is one shipping method.
How do I choose my size?
Each product page includes a garment measurement chart in inches and centimeters. Compare the measurements with a similar garment you own. All styles use adult unisex sizing, XS–2XL.
How should I wash my fleece?
Follow the care instructions shown for the specific product. Long-pile, lined and nylon-panel garments have different handling details.
Can I return an item?
Contact [email protected] within 30 days of delivery with your order number and reason before returning an item. Obtain authorization and the return address first. Ordinary returns must be unworn, unused, unwashed, in original condition and packaging with any original tags. Change-of-mind return shipping to our address in France is paid by the customer.
What if my item is damaged or incorrect?
Contact [email protected] with your order number and details. Calybrelab covers return shipping for our error, damage or defect. These cases are handled separately from ordinary change-of-mind returns.
When will an approved refund arrive?
Once your returned item has been received, reviewed and approved, the refund is returned to your original payment account within 10 calendar days. There is no restocking fee.
What currency and tax are shown?
All prices are in USD. Checkout currently shows tax as $0; this does not mean products are legally tax-exempt.
